User Manual

This document describes in detail how a workstation should be configured to set up a successful connection to SmartAccess. Here one can think of security settings and minimal software versions.

 

After correct configuration of all required settings on the local workstation all disclosed sources on the portal will be accessible through the use of only an internet browser.

 

Dependent on the configuration of the environment some extra software needs to be installed:

• Smart Access Client Applications
• Java Runtime Engine (Linux platforms, Windows platforms with other browser than Internet Explorer)
• Citrix Receiver
